Navizon App – Rewards system
When you use Navizon on a compatible phone with a GPS device, every Wi-Fi access point and Cell tower that you pass by will be logged and turned into points on your account.
You can earn:

Mapping some particular areas leads to limited number of rewards. The list of these areas is available here.
Moreover you will not earn points for the same Wi-Fi access point and Cell tower twice (i.e. if you map a particular cell tower on your way to work, and map that same tower on the way home, you only earn points for the first time you saw it).
Obviously you can not refer someone who is already using navizon (even if they register a new profile with your referral code).
Payments
Your data will be validated/checked before the reward is paid, so it may take a few days before the money appears in your account.Rewards are usually paid within 3 working days. A very small Paypal fee in the amount of $0.20 will be deducted from each reward. The reward will be sent to the Paypal account you specify. We can not send the rewards by any other methods. Moreover Paypal does not allow money to be sent to some countries (for example Russia). Please check with Paypal if you are allowed to receive payments before you enter your Paypal email on the rewards page and redeem a reward.
Behind the idea
The idea is fairly simple: some users who have a GPS enabled device, are constantly mapping the wireless landscape wherever they use Navizon, so that other users who don’t have a GPS enabled device, or don’t have a GPS signal, can still benefit from a positioning system that works independent of GPS, by triangulating Wi-Fi and/or Cellular signals.

The money from users who purchase the Navizon Premium application, goes straight back to the users who map the wireless landscape wherever they use Navizon.
